Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

Hilton Worldwide is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support for various activities and functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Labor Relations tasks, including scheduling and coordinating grievance meetings, preparing files, and collecting supporting evidence.
  • Respond to Unemployment Insurance inquiries and manage team member leave requests, including tracking leaves and sending correspondence.
  • Administer various benefits programs, including health and welfare benefits and 401k.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, typing, and entering information into HR systems.
  • Plan and execute Team Member recognition programs, celebrations, and community initiatives.
  • Coordinate training initiatives and ensure completion of Hilton and HHV Compliance Training.
  • Assist with new team member onboarding and other employment-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in a Human Resource department, including as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of FMLA, HFLA, TDI, and leaves is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Labor Relations is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
