Job Summary:

The Walsh Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structures Project Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of field operations, including coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Creation and management of project schedules, budgets, and cost control.
  • Identification and mitigation of project risks, ensuring the safety of our employees and the quality of our work.
  • Communication of quality standards to subcontractors and vendors, and conducting systematic quality control inspections.
  • Management of jobsite cleanliness and preparation of daily time cards and logs.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in project management software.
