Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled commercial real estate sales agent to join our team at Eve Capital LLC. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide market area research to clients to inform their decision-making
  • Develop relationships to enhance potential for future growth
  • Schedule and attend property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
  • Negotiate with buyers and sellers to ensure accurate and legal transactions
  • Visit sites with clients to explain features, financial, and analytical data

Compensation:

$125,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
  • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
  • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
  • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
Qualifications:
  • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
  • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
  • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
  • Proven negotiating and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable cold-calling
