Position Overview:
The Pallet Assembly Specialist is tasked with the construction and repair of wooden pallets utilizing hand tools such as nail guns and Sawzalls. This role requires significant physical effort, including lifting heavy wooden pallets weighing up to 75 lbs, and working in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly lift and maneuver wooden pallets weighing approximately 75 lbs.
- Adapt to a physically demanding work setting, occasionally facing extreme weather conditions.
- Complete a drug screening as part of the employment process, adhering to local and state regulations.
- Previous experience in lumber, warehouse operations, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, welding, or logistics is advantageous.
- Demonstrate quick hand movements, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations diligently.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Be prepared to work overtime as required.
Work Environment:

- Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and airborne particulates.
- Regularly adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for extended periods.

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory, including eye protection and safety footwear.
- Specific vision capabilities required include close, distance, and color vision.

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally lift/move up to 70 pounds.
