Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join our team. As a Senior Operations Management Trainee, you will participate in an advanced leadership development program that will take you to our plasma centers across the country. You will have the opportunity to learn the business, network with supportive leaders, and prepare yourself for accelerated career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the Senior Operations Management Trainee program, which includes hands-on experience and mentorship opportunities.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and manage a team of diverse individuals, providing employee feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting team members' development.
  • Work towards obtaining a Plasma Center Operations Manager position by completing the training program, networking, and building relationships across BioLife.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a positive donor experience.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
  • Ability to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience working with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and the FDA.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, technical, and leadership skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 to $106,700.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match.
