About the RoleYou will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality curriculum that meets industry standards and best practices in pediatric nursing. Your expertise and passion for teaching will help shape the future of nursing education and drive student success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with content area faculty to assess student learning outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness.
- Maintain relationships with local healthcare organizations to ensure seamless integration of clinical experiences for our students.
- Stay current with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards to ensure compliance and maintain the highest level of academic excellence.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- A Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
- At least 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with a proven track record of leadership and mentorship.
- Current RN licensure in the state of ID or compact state.
- Prior experience in academia, preferably as a Clinical Instructor or Professor.
- Strong background in pediatrics, with knowledge of relevant assessment tools and interventions.
- Ability to travel to student clinical sites and participate in observation activities.
- The estimated salary for this position is $95,000-$115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
