Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Developmental Care Specialist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and their families in our Pediatrics Developmental Clinic. As a Pediatric Developmental Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with a wide range of conditions, including autism, ADHD, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic and birth disorders, learning issues, intellectual disabilities, speech and language delays, and mild to moderate behavioral problems.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. You will be assisting with triage calls, establishing a follow-up plan of care directed by medical provider, assisting the Nurse Navigator with in-person screening/vitals when needed, assisting providers as needed, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with triage calls and establish follow-up plans of care
  • Work with Nurse Navigators to complete in-person screenings and vitals
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver patient-centered care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
