We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Professional III to join our team at the University of Arizona. This role will be responsible for leading day-to-day financial, budgeting, and HR functions of the unit, as well as supervising business office personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and manage annual budget
- Manage and reconcile various unit accounts, including center's rate study detail
- Supervise business office personnel
- Monitor and reconcile various accounts, manage departmental billings and collections, manage college investment, administer changes to University approved rate study
- Use Farm Management software and data bases to analyze operations, to initiate invoices for direct billing and cost recovery, and to reconcile expenses
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with UAccess Systems
- Experience working in higher education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
- General Knowledge of Quickbooks
