Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Professional III to join our team at the University of Arizona. This role will be responsible for leading day-to-day financial, budgeting, and HR functions of the unit, as well as supervising business office personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and manage annual budget
  • Manage and reconcile various unit accounts, including center's rate study detail
  • Supervise business office personnel
  • Monitor and reconcile various accounts, manage departmental billings and collections, manage college investment, administer changes to University approved rate study
  • Use Farm Management software and data bases to analyze operations, to initiate invoices for direct billing and cost recovery, and to reconcile expenses
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with UAccess Systems
  • Experience working in higher education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
  • General Knowledge of Quickbooks
