LPN/LVN - Heritage House

We are seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to join our team at Providence Heritage House at the Market in downtown Seattle. As a licensed practical nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities- Assist with medication orders and delivery, coordinating with the physician, RN, transportation, and home care.
- Assist physicians and nursing staff with various tasks, including vital signs, wound care, medication administration/management, treatments, patient teaching, venipuncture, and microcoagulation.
- Coordinate with the physician, RN, transportation, and home care to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing patient education.
- Education sufficient for licensure.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
- 1 year of long-term care or related geriatric experience.
- Experience working with the frail and elderly.
