Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at H. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in defining and documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Gather and document business requirements, including system configurations, workflows, and reporting metrics.
  • System Implementation and Testing: Collaborate with the IT team to implement business solutions, design and document testing procedures, and develop user acceptance test cases.
  • Training and Support: Develop and conduct stakeholder training, provide technical assistance and support for implemented solutions, and ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator with a proven track record in Agile development methodology.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creative ability to produce effective solutions to client problems, and good team player skills.
