  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of home features, pricing options, and design selections to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Utilize all sales technology provided by UMH, including automated contracts and customer management systems.
  • Manage and oversee all on-site signage as necessary (e.g., home site signs, inventory signs, open house signs).
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven high sales performance in new or existing home sales or a related field.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product presentation, sales strategies, and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various communication styles while maintaining a positive company image.
  • A valid driver's license and insurance for business-related travel.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with a preference for experience in Brix and other office software.
Work Environment:
  • Work is conducted in a standard sales office setting utilizing typical office equipment. The role is typically active, requiring travel to various sales locations, along with walking and standing.
  • A fast-paced environment that may involve frequent changes in schedule and priorities.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required.
  • Work hours may vary and could include weekends.
