POSITION OVERVIEW


The Vehicle Lot Supervisor is tasked with ensuring that all operations related to the lot are executed thoroughly to fulfill compliance standards set by our clients.

This role requires adherence to all organizational policies and procedures. The supervisor will be responsible for recruiting personnel for necessary roles both in the office and in the field. Additionally, they will oversee that drivers are achieving and surpassing their weekly performance targets. Engaging in local outreach to generate new business opportunities is also a key responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Confirm that all vehicles secured overnight are present on the lot, with windows marked to indicate the last six digits of the VIN, client information, key status, and drivability.
  • Maintain records of appointments, delivery schedules, and transportation details.
  • Manage customer property retrievals and vehicle releases.
  • Document daily deliveries and releases to ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.
  • Provide assistance and support to Repossession Agents as required.
  • Oversee the management of personal belongings from all vehicles, ensuring a detailed inventory is created in company applications and stored appropriately.
  • Monitor the property area and remove any outdated items.
  • Facilitate communication with team members across the state.
Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in recovery or collections.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient computer and typing skills, with the ability to operate a tablet using applications.
  • Familiarity with the repossession process, account management, and vendor communication is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage time-sensitive deadlines effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism and courtesy with excellent oral and written communication.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse customer base and workforce.
  • Assertive with strong investigative and follow-up capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, focusing on results while demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to work well with other team members.
