Position SummaryEmbark on a rewarding journey as the Assistant General Manager for our new premium lounge at the airport. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for curating outstanding dining experiences while overseeing the operational aspects of the lounge. If you possess a strong background in hospitality and a passion for innovation, this is an opportunity to leave your mark in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, guests, and various departments.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to design menus that deliver top-tier food quality.
- Manage all financial aspects, including P&L and budgeting for the lounge.
- Introduce and implement new culinary initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in food service management.
- Experience in high-volume food production and catering is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively.
- A strong desire for professional growth within a leading food service organization.
In this role, you will be crucial in driving operational excellence and enhancing financial performance, ensuring that all dining services meet the highest standards of quality.
