  • Complete a test call to assess your skills and knowledge
  • Contact companies based on general assignments and evaluate the level of customer service provided
  • Document detailed information of overall experience and complete a review submission form before the required deadline
  • Ensure that the form is free of errors and misinformation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Moderate level of computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-directed and self-motivated
  • Strong listening skills, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical Requirements:

  • Active phone line (mobile or landline)
  • Mobile device capable of downloading applications
  • Computer with a 2GHz processor (or equivalent) and a resolution of 1,280 x 1,024 or greater
  • Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher
