Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and training staff on the implementation of behavior support plans. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Create and implement behavior support plans that promote positive behavior change and support.
  • Train staff and family members on the implementation of behavior support plans, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct treatment fidelity assessments to ensure proper implementation of behavior support plans.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior change and support.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA).
  • Reliable transportation and a current driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assume various postures for extended periods.
