Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver maintenance support for the Close Combat Tactical Trainer (CCTT), ensuring seamless interaction between various training modules and computer-generated environments.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data processing challenges, collaborating with users and program stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in network administration, system software, and relevant computer hardware, while adhering to established operational protocols.
  • Conduct software updates, resolve connectivity issues, and gather data for performance assessments as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities through data entry in the Management Information System (MIS). Flexibility to support additional devices as necessary is expected.

Mental and Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions and at elevated heights.
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license and maintenance of driving privileges.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is mandatory.
  • Potential requirement to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • This role may involve travel to various locations as needed.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will possess a 4-year degree in electronics or a related technical discipline, complemented by 4 years of relevant systems analysis experience. Strong proficiency in computer software is essential. Equivalent experience through military training, technical education, or professional practice may be considered in lieu of formal education.
