Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

BAE Systems USA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Fort Wayne. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading system engineering projects to completion, defining requirements, analyzing and managing systems using DOORS, and performing integration, verification, and qualification testing of military products/systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system engineering projects to completion
  • Define requirements, analyze, and manage systems using DOORS
  • Perform integration, verification, and qualification testing of military products/systems
  • Develop coherent product specifications and design documentation from multiple disparate source documents
  • Provide technical support of manufacturing and/or field platform integration

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead system engineering projects to completion
  • Proficient in requirements definition, analysis, and management using DOORS
  • Relevant experience with systems engineering tools such as MagicDraw (or other MBSE tool), DOORS, MATLAB, Simulink
  • Security Clearance within 1 year of start date
  • Bachelor's Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering and Master's in Systems Engineering
