Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Noblis MSD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to provide electrical engineering expertise for the research, development, production, integration, updates, and repairs to the electrical components of a fast-paced Navy environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide electrical engineering expertise for the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement electrical engineering solutions.
  • Conduct analysis and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power electronics and system design.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis, electronics, and electromagnetism.
  • Experience with design and development of electrical systems and components, including power supplies, conditioners, interconnects, and power load optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CANES and shipboard systems.
  • Knowledge of Military Standards and Details, including MIL-DTL-24765, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-461.
  • Experience with Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence tools.
