Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with children on the autism spectrum, implementing treatment plans to develop essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Your role will involve engaging children in enjoyable activities, observing their progress, and documenting their development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans to enhance skills and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Engage children in fun and interactive activities to promote learning and growth
  • Monitor and document progress, providing valuable insights for parents and caregivers

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required; we provide paid training and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach to working with children
