About the Role
Autism Learning Partners is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an ABA Therapist Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
As an ABA Therapist Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Designing and implementing innovative ABA programs that promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
  • Providing supervision and support to Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Active LBA Certification in the state of Ohio as issued by the Ohio Board of Psychology
