Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within a culinary environment or relevant culinary certification.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a consistent work pace.
  • Physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Culinary or pastry certification preferred, or at least one year of experience in food service roles.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds, including trays and supplies.
  • Ability to navigate the bakery space efficiently.
  • Capacity to remain stationary for significant portions of the shift.
