We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Crawlspace Technician to join our team at Bug House Pest Control. As a key member of our local branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their homes are safe and pest-free.
Responsibilities- Complete our comprehensive paid training program to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route
- Install home services, including attic remediation, TAP, crawlspace encapsulations, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers to set project expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution
- Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage a handheld device for speed and accuracy
- Remove insulation, perform wood treatments, install moisture barriers, and complete full crawl space encapsulations
