Insulation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team at Northwest Exterminating. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by creating healthier living and working environments.

As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing insulating materials in homes and businesses, ensuring a safe and efficient process. You will work independently, managing your own route-based assignments and building strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install insulating materials according to work order
• Inspect worksites for safety hazards and notify supervisor of any dangers
• Complete necessary prep work for proper installation
• Perform quality checks after products are installed
• Follow a service schedule within an assigned territory
• Complete necessary paperwork for job pay and inventory accountability
• Partner with internal groups to ensure extraordinary customer service
• Perform warehouse duties, including cleaning, inventory, loading and unloading trucks and trailers

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No experience required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Physical demands include lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, safely using a ladder, and working in all types of weather conditions
