Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing facility maintenance duties and providing customer service in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and painting, to ensure the facility is well-maintained and safe for customers and employees.
  • Operate equipment, such as automatic sweepers and scrubbers, to clean and maintain the facility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with cash handling and other duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the facility manager or supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings. The employee must be able to withstand working with dust, chemicals, and other possible irritants, as well as work in extreme weather conditions (rain, snow, cold, heat).
