If you take pride in your work love going the extra mile and are pionate about creating a fantastic living environment this could be the perfect opportunity for you

• Keep common areas (think hallways lobbies restrooms laundry facilities) spotless and inviting
  
• Be the resident trash and recycling guru ensuring everythings disposed of promptly and properly
  
• Keep a sharp eye out for any maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them ASAP
  
• Make sure all entrances are secure and clean giving residents peace of mind
  
• Be a rockstar of customer service helping residents with any questions or concerns
  
• Lend a hand to the maintenance team on special projects that make the community shine
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent experience)
  
• Previous property maintenance or similar experience is a major plus
  
• A keen eye for detail and topnotch organizational ss
  
• The physical stamina to lift heavy items and stay on your feet for extended periods
  
• Fantastic communication and people ss
  
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products techniques and safety protocols
  
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed
