About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apartment Porter to join our team at CTH Recruiting in St. Louis, MO. As an Apartment Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of our residential community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure common areas, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and laundry facilities, are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage trash and recycling disposal, ensuring prompt and proper disposal.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team.
- Secure and clean all entrances, providing residents with peace of mind.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing residents' questions and concerns.
- Assist the maintenance team on special projects to enhance the community's appearance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent experience).
- Previous property maintenance or similar experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
