Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychosocial and developmental assessments to identify children's needs and develop individualized plans.
  • Provide emotionally and developmentally appropriate care to promote effective coping and continued growth.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance the quality of patient care and ensure seamless communication.
  • Serve as a resource and advocate on child development issues, promoting best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Child Life or a closely related field.
  • National Certified Child Life Specialist certification upon hire.
  • 1 year of work experience as a certified Child Life Specialist (preferred).
