Job Title: Rehabilitation Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Program Manager to join our team at Aegis Therapies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our rehabilitation programs and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.

  • Lead and manage our rehabilitation programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and care.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with our therapy team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our therapy team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:
  • Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
  • Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
  • Current CPR certification, preferred.
