Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as flyers, digital ads, and promotional signage.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and ensure successful promotion and guest turnout.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and social media management software.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands:
Must be able to move in and around the Casino/Hotel areas and Caesars Rewards centers through the entire shift.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customers' demands in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
