This is an onsite role based in Danville, IL. You will also support our second location Riverview, FL.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Campaigns: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote company offerings.
  2. Sales Team Support: Create marketing materials, reports, and presentations to support the sales team in driving growth.
  3. PowerPoint Presentations: Design and deliver professional presentations for board meetings and client pitches.
  4. Market Research & Analytics: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
  5. Website Maintenance: Regularly update and refresh content on the company website to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
  6. LinkedIn Management: Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence by posting updates, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
  7. Microsoft Office Expertise: Utilize MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation preparation.
  8. Event Attendance: Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
  9. Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 1-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  4. Experience in website management and digital marketing tools.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with marketing research and analytics tools.
  2. Familiarity with LinkedIn management and other social media platforms.
  3. Prior experience working in a support role for sales teams is a plus.
