Become a part of our home-based therapy service at Behavioral Assessment and Skills Solutions, LLC.

As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing behavior analysis plans, collecting data, and conducting preference assessments. Your role will also involve interacting with families, professionals, and community members.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on experience and location.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently. You will report directly to a BCBA overseeing the case.

Responsibilities include:

  • FOLLOWING TREATMENT AND BEHAVIOR PLANS
  • COLLECTING DATA AND ENTERING SESSION NOTES DAILY
  • CARRYING OUT DISCRETE TRIAL INSTRUCTIONS AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT TEACHING

Qualifications/Skills:

  • RBT certification or willingness to pursue and complete RBT training within 90 days of hire
  • CPR certification
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of car insurance
  • Current criminal background check
