The Lexus of Stevens Creek Cleaning Specialist role offers a competitive compensation structure, including a Base Hourly Rate of $19.00.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the dealership.
Perform floor maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
Service, clean, and restock restroom facilities.
Polish and maintain furniture and fixtures.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
Prepare cleaning solutions by diluting or mixing water with detergents or other agents as per specifications.
Inspect designated areas for maintenance and cleaning opportunities.
Report to management regarding the need for significant repairs or enhancements to building systems.
Assist in various tasks within the Facilities department as required.
Uphold high ethical standards in all actions.
Maintain a professional appearance and personal hygiene.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must be able to fulfill each essential duty effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Prior experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles is advantageous.
Ability to operate hand and power tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance; comprehend safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals; and effectively communicate in English.

Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for extended periods.
Operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment as necessary.
