Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests arriving for service and assist with the return of loaner vehicles.
- Provide loan or rental vehicles to guests promptly and courteously.
- Accurately complete loan/rental agreements.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, explaining features and operations to guests.
- Address guest inquiries regarding services performed or products purchased, or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and integrity, referring unresolved issues to the appropriate staff.
- Uphold high ethical standards in all interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Exhibit a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in customer service and cash handling.
- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to apply them in practice.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up with guests.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and via phone or internet.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record are mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
