About the Role

Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Solutions Sales Representative to join our Community Solutions Inbound Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with residents living within multiple dwelling unit (MDU) communities that already have exclusive agreements with Spectrum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Spectrum's products and services to new and existing customers, evaluating and discussing the benefits and available upgrades.
  • Evaluate customers' needs, sell the right technology solutions, and ensure customers understand our bulk community agreements.
  • Act as a consultant when evaluating and discussing Spectrum's products and services.
  • Create best-in-class customer experiences and develop long-term relationships to retain customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6+ months of sales or related experience.
  • Skills: Effective communication, customer service, multi-tasking, problem solving.
  • Abilities: Sound judgement, motivated, results-driven, work well under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Mobile/Wireless sales experience.
  • Knowledge of cable, TV, Internet, and/or Voice products and services.
