Triumvirate Environmental, a leading firm in the environmental services sector across North America, is in search of a Technical Services Associate to join our dedicated team.

This highly organized, motivated, and analytical individual will play a crucial role in delivering administrative assistance to the Technical Services division.

We provide comprehensive services and expert guidance to prominent institutions in higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and industrial sectors, ensuring effective compliance management.

This position is based onsite and reports directly to the Director of Technical Services. The compensation for this role ranges from $24 to $26 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Services department
- Assist with data entry for project documentation
- Organize and maintain environmental records, including waste profiles and manifests
- Prepare work orders for upcoming field assignments
- Communicate with clients to schedule various environmental services
- Monitor client shipment volumes and ensure timely report distribution
- Generate client invoices based on project documentation

Essential Qualifications:
- Strong desire to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Capable of multitasking and maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
