  • Meet mandatory continuing education requirements to maintain expertise in bereavement care.
  • Promote Trinity Hospice's philosophy and administrative policies to ensure exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate bereavement care and support.
  • Provide continued bereavement support to hospice families, as evidenced by thorough documentation.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate, Bachelor's degree in Human Services preferred.
  • Current Driver's License and valid auto liability insurance.
  • Experience in bereavement and grief counseling.
  • Working knowledge of community resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
