The Opportunity

This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organization and driving people and culture strategies that align with business objectives. You will work closely with leadership, managers, and employees to drive initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, including leadership development, team engagement, and change management.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and workforce needs, building People strategies to support overall business objectives.
  • Support the development and execution of customized talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and career growth paths.
  • Guide leaders through the performance management process, ensuring we are building a high-performance culture by embedding feedback and coaching into the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide insightful analytics, trends, and recommended actions to leaders to guide planning, program design, decision-making, and measures of success.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues, leading investigations, handling terminations, and resolving conflicts to foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in People, including at least 3+ years as a People Business Partner or Generalist in a high-growth company.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; bonus points for an advanced degree in organizational psychology, business, HR management, or other relevant field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR transformations and strategies, initiatives, and programs that support organizational goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with a wide variety of audiences.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, flexible paid time off, and 10+ holidays per year.
