Job Overview:
Under the guidance of a designated supervisor, the Custodial Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing standard cleaning tasks and supporting general upkeep activities at assigned District aquatic centers, stadiums, and educational facilities. This role ensures that buildings and surrounding grounds are maintained in a clean, organized, and secure manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine custodial tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Assist in general maintenance duties as required.
- Ensure the safety and security of facilities and grounds.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Any combination of experience equivalent to one year in building maintenance, groundskeeping, or custodial services.
