Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist - Mold Maintenance to join our team at B. Braun Medical, Inc. in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance on manufacturing machines and systems, repairing malfunctions, and ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions on machines and systems
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred
0.5-2 years of related experience or completion of PBS requirements and passing assessment
Ability to work non-standard schedules as needed
Regular and predictable on-site attendance
