Job Summary

The Business Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day activities, providing administrative support, and contributing to the development and implementation of departmental projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage various processes and serve as a liaison with other units, including Human Resources, research support, financials, data management, and communication.
  • Direct customer service and support functions, assisting in achieving the organization's mission and executing staff succession and growth plans.
  • May lead efforts to recruit new employees, manage quality assurance programs, and serve as a liaison to other team members.
  • Conduct student pre-placement planning conferences for clinical experiences, seek and secure new clinical experience sites, and assist with coordinating clinical experiences.
  • Maintain a clinical affiliate database, create and update clinical forms and manuals, and communicate with program directors regarding student progress.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including serving on assigned college/school/department committees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to multitask and delegate, excellent oral and written communication skills, and demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to perform a wide range of duties and tasks, interact effectively as a member of a team, and work collaboratively with faculty and staff.
