Job Summary:

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our ERP Infrastructure team. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical expertise to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CNC team on ERP IT projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement technical roadmaps for ERP infrastructure, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead the technical engineering team of ERP engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions, driving business value and competitiveness.
  • Manage the implementation of new ERP-related technologies, including hardware and software upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Ensure IT management sign-off and validate business approval for all changes, ensuring compliance with departmental controls and processes.
  • Manage performance standards and monitoring procedures, ensuring team members meet expectations and deliver high-quality results.
  • Lead triaging and root cause analysis for issues impacting the service or reliability of La-Z-Boy's ERP ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect to align with strategy and product roadmaps, ensuring ERP-centric initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage CNC team opportunities to automate manual processes through RPA/Scripts/Toolsets, freeing up team members for value-added tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 6-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience, with a proven track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively work with technical staff and business process owners, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and driving business value.
