Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be pivotal in guiding various construction initiatives from start to finish. Your project management acumen, leadership capabilities, and construction expertise will be vital in achieving successful project outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to facilitate effective project coordination.
  • Establish and uphold project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project advancement, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or deviations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Promote a collaborative and efficient work environment, offering mentorship and support to team members as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
