  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with clients
  • Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
  • Install and configure software
  • Guide users through the process of fixing technical issues
  • Prioritize workload to ensure critical issues are resolved first

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 1+ years of experience using strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • 1+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Excel and Crystal Reports
  • 1+ years of experience with Managed Care and/or Healthcare data
  • Basic level of proficiency in SQL Query
