DT Professional Services is seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) professional to join our team as an Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Help Desk Specialist. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, supporting the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and analysis for EW fleet and local AEA problems
  • Collaborate with developmental teams to improve and sustain EW software and hardware
  • Integrate with platform-specific liaisons to plan, build, and improve Mission Data Library files
  • Analyze customer problems to diagnose and determine the cause
  • Document customer problems and provide guidance on problem-solving steps
Requirements
  • Active DoD issued Secret Clearance and TS/SCI eligibility
  • 15+ years of experience working with Naval Air platform support entities or 8+ years of active-duty military service with involvement in Airborne Electronic Warfare platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or relevant certifications and experience
  • Recent NAVAIR or similar government experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Specific experience and knowledge of NAS Point Mugu teams, facilities, and capabilities
  • Backseat operator or Ground Based EW support and understanding
  • Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

The compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually.
