Key Responsibilities- Process general administrative tasks in the registration area, including scheduling and coordination of appointments, handling of incoming and outgoing mail, and telephone communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files, and prepare medical reports and certificates as required.
- Prepare and process billing for our services according to EBM and GOÄ.
- Provide medical assistance during examinations and treatments, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.
- Prepare practice rooms and order necessary consumables for daily use.
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant or Medical Office Assistant (m/f/d) and several years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with medical documentation systems, particularly the x.vianova administrative system.
- Experience with billing according to EBM and GOÄ.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
