About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team at Stellar Enterprises. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our medical office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process general administrative tasks in the registration area, including scheduling and coordination of appointments, handling of incoming and outgoing mail, and telephone communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files, and prepare medical reports and certificates as required.
  • Prepare and process billing for our services according to EBM and GOÄ.
  • Provide medical assistance during examinations and treatments, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.
  • Prepare practice rooms and order necessary consumables for daily use.
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant or Medical Office Assistant (m/f/d) and several years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with medical documentation systems, particularly the x.vianova administrative system.
  • Experience with billing according to EBM and GOÄ.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
