Job Summary:

As a Medication Technician at The Springs Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to administer or assist residents with self-administering medications and treatments. You will also be responsible for measuring vital signs, weight, and observing any potential problems, reporting them to a supervisor as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer or assist residents with self-administering medications and treatments
  • Measure vital signs, weight, and observe for any potential problems
  • Report any concerns to a supervisor
  • Communicate with physicians and implement their orders
  • Document pertinent information and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • 18 years of age
  • Prior experience in Community Senior Care as a Med Tech or Caregiver preferred
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test
  • Love for seniors and willingness to learn
