Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the growth and management of the Retail Services Division, which encompasses all retail outlets, new merchandise programs, E-Commerce, and Logistics.
- Ensure accountability among leadership teams to deliver results while adhering to operational excellence and company policies.

- Guide retail leadership in formulating district-specific strategies that support our overarching mission.
- Monitor operational performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet established goals.
- Guarantee that all retail locations consistently meet revenue targets through effective planning and cost management.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stores.
- Collaborate with Real Estate to identify opportunities for new store openings and manage the real estate portfolio to support growth objectives.

- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure the effective implementation of operational strategies.
- Meet financial obligations in alignment with the organizational mission.
- Research and implement continuous improvement strategies that resonate with the organization’s mission and values.
- Support and cultivate an engaged workforce.
- Prepare budgets for the retail and E-Commerce divisions.
- Coordinate activities and resolve conflicts among supervised divisions or departments.
- Recruit, train, and mentor employees.
- Collaborate with the Workforce Development Division to advance the mission.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years of multi-unit retail experience in a leadership role, ideally as a Vice President of Retail Management.
- More than 10 years of experience in the thrift industry with a proven track record of success.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Demonstrated experience in setting visions and goals, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve key initiatives.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and a rapidly changing business environment.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to change.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze information and create value-added solutions.

Physical Requirements
Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required. The ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally is necessary. The role involves frequent walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and effective communication.
