Key Responsibilities

  2. Oversee the growth and management of the Retail Services Division, which encompasses all retail outlets, new merchandise programs, E-Commerce, and Logistics.

  5. Guide retail leadership in formulating district-specific strategies that support our overarching mission.

  8. Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stores.
  9. Collaborate with Real Estate to identify opportunities for new store openings and manage the real estate portfolio to support growth objectives.

  12. Work collaboratively across departments to ensure the effective implementation of operational strategies.

  16. Prepare budgets for the retail and E-Commerce divisions.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  2. Over 10 years of multi-unit retail experience in a leadership role, ideally as a Vice President of Retail Management.
  3. More than 10 years of experience in the thrift industry with a proven track record of success.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  5. Demonstrated experience in setting visions and goals, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve key initiatives.
  6. Ability to navigate ambiguity and a rapidly changing business environment.
  7. Proficient in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to change.
  8. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze information and create value-added solutions.

Physical Requirements

Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required. The ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally is necessary. The role involves frequent walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and effective communication.
