  11. Develop annual operational plans and budgets.
  12. Work collaboratively across departments to ensure the effective implementation of operational strategies.
  13. Meet financial obligations in alignment with the organizational mission.
  14. Research and implement continuous improvement strategies that resonate with the organization’s mission and values.
  15. Support and cultivate an engaged workforce.
  16. Prepare budgets for the retail and E-Commerce divisions.
  17. Coordinate activities and resolve conflicts among supervised divisions or departments.

  19. Collaborate with the Workforce Development Division to advance the mission.

  21. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  2. Over 10 years of multi-unit retail experience in a leadership role, ideally as a Vice President of Retail Management.
  3. More than 10 years of experience in the thrift industry with a proven track record of success.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  5. Demonstrated experience in setting visions and goals, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve key initiatives.
  6. Ability to navigate ambiguity and a rapidly changing business environment.
  7. Proficient in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to change.
  8. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze information and create value-added solutions.
  9. Build trust and inspire others.
  10. Facilitate and drive operational change effectively.

Physical Requirements

Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required. The ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally is necessary. The role involves frequent walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and effective communication.
