  • Data Entry Skills: Strong aptitude for working with numbers and operating spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Customer Service: Well-versed in customer service and negotiation techniques.
  • Detail Orientation: Highly detail-oriented with a proven track record of accuracy.
  • Educational Background: High School Diploma required; an Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
