LPN - Community Health Vaccination Clinic Professional

At UMass Memorial Health, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Community Health Vaccination Clinic team.
As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and obtain patients' basic health status, records, and related data according to standard procedure and needs of patient and their families.
- Administer medications, perform treatment as ordered, and operate equipment according to policy and procedure.
- Perform venipuncture using aseptic technique, 12 lead EKGs, and administer vaccinations.
- Participate in implementation and evaluation of care plan including long and short-term goals, nursing actions, and teaching.
- Document patient care according to standard procedure.
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures.
