Job Description

At Towne Properties, we are committed to being the employer of choice for our associates. As a leader in property management, we are seeking an experienced Association Manager to join our team as a Training Specialist II - Association.

This role requires a strong communicator passionate about training and mentoring new associates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of HOA and/or COA management experience and be open to travel for training needs across the Towne Properties portfolio.

The Training Specialist II - Association will be responsible for delivering training in Community Association Management and Yardi software. They will create and maintain training resources tailored to individual and group needs, assess training needs, and create/update training materials to effectively train groups and individuals.

The successful candidate will also serve as the point of contact for Association Yardi and perform related support duties. They will assist with special projects and maintain training records and provide evaluations and feedback to trainees and management.

We offer a competitive pay package, including up to $30 per hour, based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement and bonus potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, paid holidays, and medical/dental/vision options.
